Amazing Guest House Before and After from Projects General Construction!

You have to see these before and after pictures to believe them!  What was once a dark and dated guest house is now a bright and airy beach house.  Projects General Construction was so excited to have been a part of this guest house remodel.

Here is the before of the living room, as you can see it was crowded and lacked a cohesive design and wasn't very inviting for guests to come in and relax.  The stunning transformation includes adding some textured paneling to the walls and a splash of color.  The flooring and sliding glass doors were also updated, all adding to the open feel of the room.

The next room we worked on was the bedroom.  Before it felt small and claustrophobic, but now it has a serene and relaxing feel to it.  

The bathroom is another incredible transformation!  Everything in this bathroom was remodeled, from the shower to the floor, the vanity to the lighting.  This bathroom went from feeling old and dirty to modern and luxurious. 

The final room we worked on was the laundry area.  By removing the old kitchenette we were able to add more cabinets and storage space.  We also updated the flooring and wall color to match the rest of the guest house for a cohesive feel throughout the house.
