Projects has a New Blog!

Welcome to the new Projects website and our first blog post! 

If you don’t already know who we are, Projects is a unique building company, co-owned and operated by women. 

Since 1986, Giffin & Crane has focused on building extraordinary communities, one home at a time.  In 2006, Projects was created in response to numerous requests from Santa Barbara homeowners who wanted the same dedication, quality, and proven expertise of Giffin & Crane, but on a smaller scale.  Projects focuses on a wide range of remodeling projects of any room in your home, including bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, bedrooms, home offices, and outdoor spaces. 

The Projects team includes President Christi Clayton, Vice President Cherilyn Milton, and Superintendent David Sandoval, and our newest team member Project Manager Venessa Hurka (not shown). Our team is knowledgeable, supportive, and approachable.  We recognize that every client is entrusting us with something very valuable, the deeply personal part of their lives represented by their home.  Every job, from a new bookcase to a completely remodeled kitchen, receives our full care and attention.

Our goals for this blog are to inspire, educate, and expose you to new design ideas, helpful tips, and recommendations for remodeling your home and turning it into your dream home.
